Bai Zi Yang Xin Wan Action in terms of TCM
Strengthens the Heart and Spleen. Nourishes the Heart, Qi and Blood. Calms the Spirit. Heats the middle heater. Used for Deficiency of the Qi of the Heart from the Cold.

Symptoms
Palpitations, arrhythmias, shortness of breath, fatigue, slowness of thinking, forgetfulness, sleep disorders, spontaneous sweating, mild excitability, mental fatigue, insomnia and an abundance of dreams, dizziness, ripples in the eyes. The tongue is pale with a white touch. Pulse thin, empty, or threadlike.

Pharmachologic effect
Soothing, sleeping, anticonvulsant. Improves blood flow to the myocardium, regulates the nervous system.

Clinical indications
Neurasthenia, fears, hypochondria, trophic age-related changes in the myocardium, residual myocarditis and cardiac muscle diseases, heart disease and vegetovascular dystonia.

Dosage: take 6g per time, 2 times per day
