Shipping & Returns

The goods are shipped via Hong Kong Post (air mail). We ship on from Monday to Friday (excluding our holidays).

We accept Paypal, credit cards, bank transfers and Western Union as payment options.
Please contact us at info (at) helpofchinesemedicine.com if you wish to pay through wire transfer or Western Union.

The shipping cost is calculated by total weight. We ship by Air Parcel (Delivery time 7-15 days) and EMS (2-4 days). You can choose the most suitable way when check out. The rates we charge is exactly what Hong Kong post is charging. If your country is not among the countries we ship, please contact us by email, we will put it in the shipping list.
