Shipping & Returns

The goods are shipped via Hong Kong Post (air mail). We ship from Monday to Friday (excluding our holidays).

Paypal and all major credit cards are accepted.

To know the shipping cost just put the medicine into the shopping cart and choose the destination country. The system will show the exact shipping cost which is calculated by weight.
We ship by Air Parcel (Delivery time 5-14 days) and Sea Mail (30-60 days to most countries). You can choose the most suitable way when check out. The rates we charge are what Hong Kong post is charging.

Currently we don't ship to Germany and Italy due to their customs regulations.
